Wonderful Canarian house

This house is located in Tinajo, one of the closest towns to the Timanfaya National Park.

In its day, this house was the center of a great agricultural activity and proof of this are the rooms that it has, such as the winepress to tread the grapes and be able to make wine, the bakery to grind the millet and obtain the highly valued Canarian gofio, the gañanías and cattle rest areas, currently adapted for the enjoyment of their owners.

Here we find the newest kitchen as a family gathering center, where we see a staircase to go to the upper part where there are several more rooms. On the stairs there is a beautiful hand-carved railing, the work of a great Lanzarote cabinetmaker, master of most cabinetmakers on the island.

The house is within 22,818 m² of land where we find a small picnic area in the shade of a century-old carob tree, some fruit trees such as orange, fig, lemon trees…
